The project required to build an affordable housing for the community. The concept aims to create a balance between leisure and the busy life in the city. I would like to make a comfortable place for the people who will come back home after finishing work finding a place of relaxation.

There is an opening in the ground floor which allows residents to walk through the building to the south instead of walking outside on the pavement along a busy traffic road. The oriental style courtyard is the space near the building, allowing the residents to enjoy relaxation and socialising in the quiet environment. The room size and type are all different on one floor, from one person single room to double room; they are all including a balcony.
